Return Policy

Product returns are accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt at the customer’s expense. They are necessarily accompanied by a completed Return Form that is enclosed in the order package, as well as a Delivery Note in case it was issued by our company Sales Invoice-Delivery Note.

Your return will be accepted if all of the following apply:

1. The purchase has been made exclusively from our online store (electronically or by phone).
2. The products must be in their original condition and the special markings (eg protectors, cards, labels) have not been removed.
3. Any products that have been returned used, damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at his expense, the return cost.
4. In case of return of products due to non-compliance of their characteristics with those of the order or because they are defective or damaged, the costs of return and re-shipment of products are borne by our company.
5. Returns of certain products are NOT accepted once their packaging has been opened, for reasons of health protection or for reasons of hygiene, such as personal care items (consumables, masks, orthopedic items, etc.).

The return package must include the RETURN FORM completed and the corresponding RECEIPT OF RETAIL SALE.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations of orders before sending them are made free of charge for the customer. Special orders are not canceled unless otherwise agreed.

In the RETURN FORM you are given the following alternatives:

A. REPLACEMENT: Our company will do its best to replace the product you returned to us.
Please:
1. Fill in the codes to return in the corresponding field.
2. Fill in the codes you wish to receive for replacement in the corresponding field.

When your return is received by our company, we will contact you by phone to confirm the availability of new products and proceed with their shipment. Before the receipt of the returned items, our company does not make a reservation / commitment of new products.

Replacement Shipping Costs:

By using our SPEEDEX partner with recipient charge, the following applies:

1. For the return the cost of transport is a total of 6.00 € and their charge is made on the next order (replacement shipment).
In case you choose to use any other transport company, regardless of the products, you will be fully charged the transport costs and you will pay them to the company you have chosen when sending the parcel.

REFUND: To proceed with the refund please fill in the required details, IBAN, bank name and beneficiary name in the relevant fields of the form. The process is completed within 30 working days from the date we receive your return.
